Visited Secrets Royal Beach for the second time for a relaxing beach break over the year end break. Thank you to the entire staff for making this a relaxing trip! More Show less Jazmin, the preferred club manager, even took time to talk with us about our experience and how she could improve their services. Andreivy and Julio were delightful at such an early hour. Daniel in UVC member services made sure the room was ready. We were not expecting to receive a room when we checked in at 5:30am, but to our surprise, we were accommodated. We took a red-eye flight to PUJ on New Year's Eve. There was just a more chill and relaxing vibe at Secrets. This was a nice option but we were always glad to get back to the adult only side. We went over to NOW Larimar for 2 meals and one show. The private lounge with premium drinks, private pool, bar, a la carte restaurant with gorgeous views, buildings close to all of those amenities, hydrotherapy treatments, and butler service. Preferred club benefits really made this an easy and relaxing trip. Carlos, in the seaside grill, was always very sweet and gave us great service. Our evenings were also great in the plaza due to the fantastic service of our server, Liliana, and the fun and attentive bartenders Israel and Juan Manuel. Our favorite band was on Friday night with singer, Jonathan. I appreciated the live music every night and the dancers that are on staff. They work so hard to make sure that the guests are enjoying their vacation. Fidel, Sexy Chocolate, Leiby, Eddie Murphy, and Bryan danced and sang with me each night. The entertainment team was joyful and engaging. She took great care to help with my neck pain and was fantastic! We looked forward to the entertainment each night. I only wish I had met Rafaela before my third massage. Belkis and Cristal helped with my massage scheduling. Juan and Fior attended to us very well in the spa and even put eucalyptus in the steam room since we were both fighting colds. The preferred club perk of hydrotherapy in the spa was fantastic (and a first of the 10 visits to various Secrets resorts). There was usually flowers and a nice note left by her. We always loved coming back to the room midday to see what towel creations our maid, Maria, left for us. He remembered what we needed (even when we changed rooms). We never had to ask for anything more the entire week. He stocked it with the items that we used and removed those that we did not need. From the first day, Santo helped us with the mini bar. He set us up in the UVC member cabana on the beach, which was SO NICE! He also prepared our jacuzzi tub with bubbles and rose petals and topped it off with a bottle of champagne waiting for us. The room she moved us to was perfect! Our butler (a preferred club benefit), Rovinson, took care of us well for the entire week. Her solutions and care for our concerns was fantastic. Josefina in the preferred club lounge worked hard to fix some of our initial challenges with the room. We were just sitting here reminiscing on our very luxurious and relaxing week. Just returned home yesterday from a week at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana. Juan and Fior attended to us very well in the spa and even put eucalyptus.
