Every time I ask for an update it is anywhere from hours to over a day till I get a reply. 2nd UPDATE: It's now July 7th, 3 weeks since the fraud was reported and STILL NO HELP. I wish I could give a negative stars review. Your information is not safe with them and you are not a priority to them. I'm now warning everyone I know to stay away from this company. Stockpile is claiming as of July 3rd that it's not done on their side yet so they can't let me into my account yet. My bank handled the last details they needed to by June 25th. I just want to be able to access my account again so I can close it out. It is July 5th and I am STILL WAITING FOR A FINAL RESOLUTION. Rest assured, Stockpile is legit and your personal financial information is safe when you use the platform to transfer funds between your bank and Stockpile.


UPDATE: This whole issue started on June 15th. Worst customer service experience I've had in over a decade, ANYWHERE, for ANY SERVICE. This is disgraceful when dealing with money services. I'm in the waiting period to see if this actually happens. Then it supposedly takes 3-5 business days to resolve the issue. At this point it takes several hours to get a response. They only have a chat option where a bot replies to you, and then you have to request to chat with a human. They do not have a hotline to call for fraud. 7 hours of worrying about a significant amount of money. I had fraudulent charges on my Stockpile account and it took 7 hours to get through to someone to report this. Worst Customer Service Ever for Dealing with Fraud
